cancellation policy

cancellation of a massage prior to 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged. no show/cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled massage will be charged 100% of the rate for treatment. deeply rooted well-being reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any service. please email jillian@deeplyrootedwellbeing.com to cancel/reschedule outside of the 24 hour window.
